  • All payments made to Artoprime are considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a signed service agreement.

  • Refunds are only applicable in specific cases outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  1. Project Cancellation (Before Work Begins):

    • If a client cancels a project before any design or development work has started, a partial refund may be issued, subject to deduction of administrative/consultation fees.

  2. Duplicate Payments:

    • If a client has been charged more than once for the same service due to a billing error, a full refund of the duplicate payment will be issued.

  3. Service Non-Delivery:

    • If, due to unforeseen circumstances, Artoprime is unable to deliver the agreed service and no work has been initiated, a refund may be granted.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Once the initial project concept, design draft, or development phase has commenced.

  • For completed services or delivered digital products.

  • For delays caused by client-side factors, such as late approvals, content submissions, or lack of communication.

  • For dissatisfaction arising from a change of mind after project commencement.


4. Revision & Correction Policy

  • Instead of refunds, clients are entitled to reasonable revisions as outlined in their service agreement.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.


5. How to Request a Refund
